needed to do something different today. tomorrow is Germany vs. Spain...i am so excited. and already pretty nervous for college to start already! this break went pretty fast, and i already have butterflies in my tummy :/
This weekend turned out to be really fun! getting drunk and what not with the family was great. i am going to try and make the best of this week since i start college (my summer quarter) next Tuesday. my sisters and i had a small "photoshoot" before we started drinking,it was pretty hilarious i'll post those up tomorrow :)
aaah!and i must mention that Germany won against Argentina! the whole family was celebrating :D i can not wait for Tuesday's game now,it's Spain vs. Germany.... my mum's family against my dads hahaha. obviously i am sticking to Germany <3 that's all for today,i suppose!
I just noticed that i never write a blog on the first of the month. i got my cards read yesterday...and according to them i will have a good month. we'll see how that ends up,since i screw shit up. i have found myself to adore suicide notes. i know it may sound morbid, deranged, and just plain disturbing... but i find some beauty in them. their the last words that a person left before they cut themselves from this world. it's like poetry in a way.i don't think people understand that though. reading them also prevents me from thinking that way;as weird as it sounds, it makes me appreciate life even more. but at the same time i relate to all those notes. what they say about life...it's all truth...truth that people tend to ignore... or just do not want to face. it's reality.
anyways,i have to get out of this gloom! so here's another song. tomorrow and sunday are days full of parties and events.
I think i am going to post daily songs... dunno yet. i did not sleep 'til eight of this morning. mum had made me coffee last night, and that pretty much screwed my whole sleeping "schedule." dunno what else to say...i'm in no mood lately to really talk... just posting pictures and videos of songs that i've been listening to lately.and how i feel. hope everyone's summer is brilliant! The Script-Breakeven
I really have nothing much to say, besides that i can not wait for Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows.i saw the trailer with bits and pieces of both movies, and i am ecstatic. other than that i really don't care about anything and anyone anymore. it's rubbish,a waste of my time,i'm doing my own thing.period. and i am happy with that.
so this weekend i predict it will be wicked!!! Germany is playing this saturday, and afterwards it is also binge drinking week :D my sister and brother in law will be staying over saturday night. it's going to be filled with alcohol, rock band, stratego, and laughs. i love my family way too much! then sunday the alcohol continues for fourth of july, and we may just go and watch The Last Airbender...i HAVE to support Dev Patel (SKINS,Slumdog Millionaire.) the other day i was thinking that i will never have the chance to say that i am 100% German,100% Mexican,100% Spaniard, and 100% Greek... but i have such pride of my ethnicity, my dad and mum raised us with such pride.and i at least have all those in my heart and blood.
here's another song:Keane-Perfect Symmetry i really don't feel like talking on and on,but this song really says what i feel. BEAUTIFUL!
Have lots of inspirations today. from music artist's style to some of my favourite characters from shows. and plain old photography. for style i always admire the Finnish artist's 'cos they're much more... how do i explain it??!creative with their daily wardrobe. they experiment with everything that they wear.i also look up to the British and Australian styles! the other day as i was cleaning under my bed i found this book that i had purchased at a thrift store months ago, when i had purchased a Madeline movie. i wrote about it here blogs ago!
anyways, the books was on interior designs on famous British hotels. since i'm doing the whole room renovation and this week we have been purchasing things, the book just inspired me even more with colours. that's why i bought the book, for my whole room renovation.and there it was. under my bed, cluttered with lots of my other treasures. silly me. Here are a couple of songs and videos that i am still obsessed with.
Manna-Some Girls,Some Boys this one came out last fall and i am still obsessed with it. the sound, the beats, the lyrics, and the style...just flawless. Manna is my main squeeze when it comes to female singers, then Jenni :)
Chisu-Sama Nainen love her lyrics and the creativity! one of my favourite songs from her. Enrique Iglesias-Somebody's Me i grew up listening to his music,i would dance around the living room loving him. and i still do :) i have to love my Spaniard roots, and always will.
Alas!i am back *claps* not that anybody cares or what not. i was a bit off of this 'cos i wasn't in the mood, dunno. lots of things and people are bugging me. Monday i went out with my best mates,we had a picnic since Beidy was leaving to Mexico for the summer.i miss her to bits :( it was tons of fun.and now i'm stepping back into reality. yesterday i was so pissed beyond belief, and kept complaining to my younger sister how life is so boring and pathetic. but like the great sister that she is she made my miserable night into an eventful one. we watched Up...she warned me that it was sad,but there was a scene where the old man was looking through the adventure book.and what his wife Ellie had left him at the bottom of that page hit me like a blow to the chest. it was something along the lines of: "thanks for the adventure, now go start a new one" i started crying SO BADLY!it was almost the obnoxious cries.it made me want that silly life i always yearned for. finding a boy that would make me happy, and we would live and grow old together. i hope i can still have that ending... we also watched Toy Story 3 which was also really sad. i loved it :)
