AS PROMISED,dun dun :D so these three lipsticks my mum gave to me. the one on the left is from Estee Lauder and it is in Electric,the colour is a lush red that has some small beams.it's such a beautiful colour. the one in the middle is from Avon and it's in Mad for Mauve,the colour is like a muted lavender/pink and it's also divine.i take it to school most days 'cos the colour is natural and really feminine. and the last one is also from Avon and it's in Royale Wine,i wore this one once an absolutely fell in love with it,most of my red lipsticks are dark red,but this one is a little more lighter. Now my absolute favourite makeup,the case is from Mark and the colour palette is in Australian and the cool part about it is that you can flip it,so it goes from lip colours to the blush and eye shadows. i wanted to get something that will compliment my skin tone,since i'm very light i didn't want to get harsh colours.i purchased this for last Christmas and i still love it. the first two are lip colours in Sidney smooch and Adelaide, the bottom two are lip glosses in Aussie kiss and Down under. and the eye shadows are in Bondi beach and Nomadic,and the blush is in Sunlove glo; which is a beautiful matte.
These are the albums that you will catch me listening to this month,or this summer. first and foremost, Negative:Neon-Negative recorded this album in LA,and you can definitely hear the influence it gave them.Not only was the album recorded in LA but Jonne wrote the lyrics here as well.i don't know where to begin,but what i do know is that i can listen to this album in the train non-stop.the whole album is splendid and doesn't lack in any way.my favourite tracks have to be "Jealous Sky" "Neon Rain" "No one can save me tonight." to me this album is like Razorblade Romance (HIM) i love every song just the same,so it's really hard to pick. Neon Rain offers you something you have never heard from Negative...it's a young lady singing the whole song,so it gives you this heartbreaking story of Jonne's childhood,it's simply breathtaking. Chisu:Vapaa ja Yksin-i absolutely love this album!!!! from the "hit the dance floor" song "Baden-Baden" to the depressing song "Sama Nainen,"when i first gave Sama Nainen a listen it nearly broke my heart with the lyrics.She's such a unique Finnish singer.You also get an Arabic vibe with the song "Lähtö." Husky Rescue:Ship of Light-LUSH,LUSH,LUSH!!!!i am falling in love with this band more and more.in this album you can hear a lot of the Finnish influences,the melancholy lyrics and the many instruments they use."Sound of Love" was such a hit for me,but i can't help but dance to "Fast Lane" which has such amazing guitar solos.then you get this soothing-gloomy song called "They are coming" this band is beyond artistic,they're very indie/alternative,and it will drag you down the country fields ;) I PROMISE Enrique Iglesias:Euphoria-I can't deny that i love a good artist that can make me dance when i am in the best mood...and that artist has to be Enrique!this album gives you a huge mix of different sound,even Spanish songs."Cuando me enamoro" is one of my favourite Spanish songs on the album,it's such a cute and sweet track,"Ayer" is a "sad lullaby" to me,i always put it on when i am in a chill mood and want to listen to a good Spanish love song."Heartbeat" and "why not me?" are such ace tracks as well.in Heartbeat we get a dance duet with the singer from The Pussycat Dolls...which adds a bit of seduction to this song.in Why not me? you can't help but sing a long to this beautiful track.overall i am in love with this album :) Sia:Colour the small one-I don't think i need to mention why Sia is so talented besides the fact that she gives loads of ranges with her voice,and sound.good tracks from this album are "Moon" "Breathe Me" "Numb" and "Sunday." for a moment i always feel like this Australian native is French 'cos of the way she hums and sways her words.she's a huge talent Scott Pilgrim vs. The world soundtrackthis album is pretty explicable!the sound of garage bands and the "video game" tunes are priceless.every time i listen to it,it makes me want to hit the theatres again just to watch it over again.
I decided to do today's blog on HIM instead since today is "speak only in HIM lyrics" day. and since they are number one in my life,i decided this was much better then doing the product posts;which i will still be posting soon.
these five men have kept me in this world,even in the moments that i've wanted to say farewell to this heartless world. instead they are my havens in life and death,help me see both sides of love rather then just the "good" side. they keep me aware of the scorching pain that cuts into your soul;like daggers. i don't know how i would be if it weren't for them...most likely dead i suppose. some people may say "oh,they're emo or gothic!" umm,maybe you should do your own research instead of assuming like every other twat. maybe you should give it a listen,and then you can judge for yourself. i guess it's emo to write about the feelings that everyone is sugarcoating for you, the feelings that everyone is trying to make obscure. they've enriched my life with sweet and beautiful melodies,with seducing and melancholy lyrics,with different views on life and love. what more could i ask for? time after time i know my words fail when i try to explain just how BRILLIANT and...DEEP this band is. their fans understand that feeling. the feeling...where you lay their trying to sleep,but instead you cry 'cos every word that Ville is crooning into your ear about love couldn't be more true. when that one word makes you think about THE ONE person that made you so weak and vulnerable,that made you cross your limits,and you start to sob uncontrollably 'cos you realize that you will probably be the only person that will ever love them that way,and that this person really broke you down. or when you hear the sensible-heart killing piano that Burton is playing just FOR YOU. or when you listen to "Sleepwalking Past Hope" and Mige starts his bass solo and you tap your feet 'cos even if the lyrics are saddening,he makes you immensely happy. how Linde's guitar masterpieces make you want to scream out all the pain that you've held for years... the days that your friend hurt you,when your parents wouldn't listen/understand you, when you and that special somebody had to go through separate ways,or just continuously being disappointed,let down,and abandoned by everyone. and finally how Gas makes you feel special at the end of a concert...'cos he bows down to everyone before he leaves stage,when in reality you should be bowing down to him for all that talent he puts into those drums. i dunno how someone could not fall in love with these five divine men,all they are doing is making music 'cos that's what they love,not for money,not for fame...'cos this is their way to make us realize that MUSIC CAN help you. whether it's from numbing pain,or easing your mind. they just want us to realize the stuff in love,life,and death that other musicians aren't doing with such heart and soul. As i promised,this weekend i am taking pictures of some new products that i am really satisfied with. whether it's from lipsticks,nail products,clothes,or shoes. i'm taking the pictures later today. tomorrow i will be updating on some music that i have been listening to a lot since the last time i did one on music. i'm feeling a lot better today,i still have a stuffy nose and "the coughs" but no fever which is great :)

Another hot day and my fever came back...sucks! school was so grand today,our instructor was teaching us how to do wovens on a "loom" it was so fun,i HAVE to buy one now...a table loom. then when i am older i can purchase the big ones. i also did some thrift shopping with my puddin' Jaret,we both purchased the same dress so we can look like twins :) and i also got to hang out with my two luvvys Beidy and Nancy;since Nancy will be going to El Salvador for about two weeks or so. overall i great day.
It's a hot day here in LA. my palms are decorated with a sheer sweat since early this morning, all i can think about right now is having a water gun war or a water balloon fight. that would be divine...but i am still sick,so that wouldn't be real good -___- class was good today except that i was embarrassed by this ridiculous cough. i HAVE to update this thing better. maybe more lipstick or product samples??? i'll get that started this weekend.
So i wasn't much on 'cos my computer had a virus,but we fixed it. Saturday night my siblings and i went to go watch Scott Pilgrim vs. the world. and i honestly loved it 'cos i was familiar with video games,and i really loved the music. this morning i woke up sick! i have a fever,a headache,stuffy nose,and a sore throat. i pretty much just feel weak and tired :p tomorrow i have a lot to do,so i dunno if i'll be posting a blog...we'll see. ah!and i finally finished playing Zelda and the phantom hourglass i love,love,love it i got to be a pirate for a couple of weeks :D so goodnight,and good morning to those just waking up.
i would say good morning...but it's the afternoon here. finally the workload for my classes have loosened up a little bit, mid-term week is done with...only six more weeks and i have the one week break before i go back for the fall quarter. last night i was reading some more Greek mythology,i love it to death. i dunno what tonight will consist of besides watching the new episode of the dudesons,and maybe eat some junk food. i also have to catch up on my Being Human,i feel so bad that i missed last weeks episode,and i need to finish playing Zelda!!!! i was THAT busy with school :( i feel terrible now...but on a good note this whole week i had a workout,it was pretty epic,i hope my bum ends up looking like Manna's ;) but my whole bum,and legs were in intense pain...but that sleep really helped. hope you all enjoy the Manna songs.from a beautiful and talented young lady. the second song "Lost" is from her first album and the first and third are from her second album.

I'm so tired from school,majour sore body. our textiles class went to a Trade show today,and let me tell you that it was lush! i loved every single thing their...it's just too bad we couldn't purchase any of it,but they will be in stores this fall and holiday season :) afterwards,me,Jaret,and Vanessa toured around Downtown LA and there were a bunch of shops that were to die for,we'll be going back in 5 or 6 weeks. there was basically a lot of walking today,which is why my body is aching.
